Hi everyone,

Some of you may know that my wonderful Dad died from a Stroke in November of last year, so this year I will devote my time and energy fundraising for the Stroke Association.

 

Well how do you follow the Charity Trek ? It will be difficult for sure, but hopefully with your continued generosity at our eight lunches and other social events we can try and again raise a substantial amount of cash, which we can £4£ and donate to this very worthy cause

I am also planning three events to keep me busy this year. The first being a 5k Resolution Fun Run through Delamere Forest, organised by the Stroke Association.

Secondly a 63 mile walk from Llay Nr Wrexham to Llandundo in Sept current total raised £9021.20 inc £2500 £4£

Oh and a beard for Movember £400 raised so far
